Belakangan ramai di milis dan SMS mengenai kaitan waktu gempa yang terjadi di Indonesia dengan ayat Al Qur’an berdasarkan waktu gempa tersebut.
Berikut beberapa kejadian gempa dan kaitannya dengan Al Qur’an :
- Gempa Aceh 26 Dec 2004 pukul 07:58 pagi
QS 7:58 : “The good land readily produces its plants by the leave of its Lord, while the bad land barely produces anything useful. We thus explain the revelations for people who are appreciative.”
- Gempa Jogja 27 Mei 2006 pukul 05.55 pagi
QS 5:55 “Your guardian can be only Allah; and His messenger and those who believe, who establish worship and pay the poor-due, and bow down (in prayer).”
- Gempa Padang (M6,4) Selasa, Maret 6, 2007 pukul 10:49:39 pagi
QS 10:49 “Say: I have no power to hurt or benefit myself, save that which Allah willeth. For every nation there is an appointed time. When their time cometh, then they cannot put it off an hour, nor hasten (it).”
Gempa Bengkulu (M8.4) Rabo, September 12, 2007 pukul 06:10 sore
QS 18:10 ” When the young men fled for refuge to the Cave and said: Our Lord! Give us mercy from Thy presence, and shape for us right conduct in our plight.”
